“Bebemonia” is a scientific model developed by Elena Bacheva, currently a PhD student at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.” It is a continuation of her book and website for parents, reaching half of the new parents in Bulgaria since 2008. The book *The Diary of Mom and Dad* is the first of its kind to reach such a large number of parents. It is also used by students in medicine and healthcare studies. The book makes modern recommendations for baby care and the WHO growth standards widely accessible. In her practice, Elena studies and synthesizes scientifically proven knowledge by consulting literary sources and the experience of leading specialists in various fields. On the other hand, she finds the intersection of this knowledge with the needs of parents, drawing from her own experience as a mother of two and her connection with the users of the diary. Thanks to her team and the feedback from parents, she creates the design, structure, and functionalities of the application. Many of the specialists with whom Elena works voluntarily support her cause.
